In this teacher training, you’ll explore Yin Yoga with an Eastern perspective. This 50hr immersion explores the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicines, including Yin & Yang principles, Meridians, Yin Organs and Emotions, and Practice Methodology.
Yin Yoga was based on the ideology of Taoism adopting the basic phenomenon of observing nature’s order. This course will cover the basic understanding of human anatomy as understood in the West but most importantly, we’ll dive deeper into the energetic body as widely explored by the Chinese thousands of years ago.
Yoga regardless of what styles without the goal of meditation is incomplete. Here we will also explore an authentic commentary of the Yoga Sutra by Master Patanjali to get a deeper understanding of Yoga and its implications. As you walk away from this immersion, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge every yoga practitioner should have in yoga philosophy, feel more balance in your body/mind and know how to cultivate a loving harmonious relationships with those around you.

Annie was for me the perfect guide during the teacher training. Her amazing balance in Yin and Yang, in her teachings on and off the mat combined with her warm and down to earth personality showed me what it really is about as a yoga teacher, being vulnerable in sharing your experience, your passion, teaching from the heart but with a strong and steady theoretical foundation.
