50hr Yin YOga teacher training level 1
March 31-April 06, 2017
In this teacher training, you’ll explore Yin Yoga with an Eastern perspective. This 50hr immersion explores the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicines, including Yin & Yang principles, Meridians, Yin Organs and Emotions, and Practice Methodology.
Yin Yoga was based on the ideology of Taoism adopting the basic phenomenon of observing nature’s order.
