200hr- Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum
This 24 day intensive level 1 yoga teacher training is designed to elevate your teaching skill, deepen your personal yoga practice, and develop confidence to teach group/private classes.
Yang (Hatha Vinyasa) Curriculum
Nauli Kriya (cleansing technique)
Pranayama & meditation techniques
Foundation, beginner & intermediate asana practices

Intro to Sanskrit, mantra & chanting

Creative sequencing for all levels including foundation, beginner & intermediate students
Thai massage workshops
Intro to arm balance- how to balance on our hands with confidence and safety
Practicing headstand & forearm stand with mindfulness and proper alignment

This is a sample of your daily schedule and is subject to change. Being flexible with the schedule allows the trainers to adjust according to the students’ needs.
6:15-6:45am- Fruit, Tea, Coffee
7:00-10am- Kriyas, Pranayama, Meditation, Asana Practice
10:00-Noon- Delicious Brunch, Dipping in the Waterfall, Relaxation by the Jungle
Noon-2:00pm- Yoga Philosophy or Functional Anatomy
2:00-3:00pm- Mid-Afternoon Snack & Swim Break
3:00-5:00pm- Asana Clinic, Practice Teaching
5:00-5:30pm- Sunset dance break
5:30-6:30pm- Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra
6:30pm- Dinner Together
There will be one day off per week. We will organize sightseeing tours to Ubud, temples, and beaches. Tours are optional but will offer you a chance to explore Bali while you’re completing your yoga teaching certification!
Yoga Alliance Certification
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a 200hr Yoga Alliance accredited teaching certification and Yin yoga certification. You must complete the mandatory contact hours and achieve satisfactory result in the final practicum to be 100% certified.
We are accredited by Yoga Alliance US.
To prepare for this training, we highly recommend taking regular yoga classes in Vinyasa flow or Power-based yoga styles 3-4 times per week. The training is physically demanding and priming your body prior to arrival would enhance your experience tremendously.
Upon registration, we will be sending you a list of recommended books. These books include topics on Yoga philosophy, anatomy and soulful reflections.
