Join us in Orléans, France in June 2020 for the 100hr Yin Yoga & Meridians Teacher Training!

An awakening experience designed for yoga and non-yoga teachers who have the passion for Yin yoga and holistic healing modalities. The fundamental pillar of this program is to understand the intrinsic connections of our physiology and our emotional obstacles via the practice of Yin yoga. Through this understanding, we can then awaken our highest spiritual potential.

It takes courage to shed our worldly identities. We have created a safe sanctuary for you to heal, learn, grow and share!

Yin yoga teacher training France 2019 Annie Au

Tuition (Early Bird):

Part 1-50hr: €650

Part 2-50hr: €650

Part 1 & 2-100hr: €1200

Early bird rate is valid until April 30th, 2020.

For new students, you cannot partake part 2 without attending part 1. Returning 30hr & 50hr students are encouraged to Part 1 as there will be new information added in the curriculum since the last training.


LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION:

The course will be taught in English with French translation. The manual is in French.

PRE-REQUISITE:

This teacher training introduces authentic Yoga, Daoist & Buddhist teachings. It is a training ideal for those who are receptive, open-minded, and passionate about spiritual learning. In order to maximize your experience, you should have a minimum of six months to a year of yoga and/or related practices such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Reiki, and meditation.

This training is accredited by Yoga Alliance US. Upon successful completion of the training, you'll receive a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certification.


Sample daily schedule:

Yin yoga and meridians teacher training Orléans France 2019 Annie Au

7:30-9:30am: Morning Yin/Yang practice, meditation, Qigong

9:30-10:30am: Breakfast

10:30-12:30pm: Morning lecture- Anatomy/TCM

12:30-1:30pm: Lunch

1:30-3:30pm: Postural clinic, workshops (acupressure, business of yoga, sequencing...etc)

3:30-4:00pm: Small break

4:00-5:00pm: Afternoon practice
